This is Haori.
Haori is a type of short kimono.
For the purpose of protection against the cold and formal wear, wear it over kimono.
Nowadays, in addition to the traditional way of wearing it, it can also be worn over clothes, or turned inside out to show the lining.
Wear it as a fashion item like a jacket.

This product is dyed with a technique called shibori to create a pattern.
The pattern is bamboo.
